If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.

Eligibility for Returns
- Items may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
- Sale items are final and cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or damaged.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@voguecur.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will review your request and provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.

Please note that we do not accept returns without prior authorization.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
- Late or missing refunds are subject to the processing times of your payment provider.

Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@voguecur.com with photos of the product and packaging. We will offer a replacement or a full refund at our discretion.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, contact us at info@voguecur.com.
